Who We Are
We are a well-established Program-Approved Service Agency (PASA), providing supports for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities since 1995. We take the time to gather the tools and resources necessary to offer individuals the opportunity to make informed, healthy choices about their lives.

Our Services

Host Home Services
We provide individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities the opportunity to live with others in a home and community of their choosing.

Family Caregiver
We assist those who are providing direct support to a family member with an intellectual and/or developmental disability.

Independent Living
We support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities living in their own apartment while receiving residential supports and services.

Supported Community Connections
Our program allows individuals to explore their community each day.

Vocational Services
We offer Community-Integrated Employment and maintain partnerships with local employers.

Clinical Services
PPCH offers a wide range of psychological and behavioral services and supports including UpRoutes Adventure Therapy.

Foster Care
& Kinship
The PPCH Foster Care/Kinship Care program partners with Colorado counties to serve all children in need.

Nursing
Every individual who receives residential services from PPCH is assigned a nurse to ensure personalized, compassionate, and high-quality care, day and night, year-round.

Children’s Extensive Supports
Enhances a family’s ability to care for a child with I/DD within the home.
